Procurement and Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting procurement and warehouse processes, including product acquisition, document verification, and registration in the ERP system, while collaborating with the team. Teamwork to achieve objectives Requirements: Education: Graduate from SENATI in Industrial Administration, Logistics Administration, or related fields. Experience: Preferably 6 months of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or related areas. Additional Knowledge: Proficiency in office tools applicable to the position at the user level. Familiarity with Lima's districts. Responsibilities: Receive daily activity instructions from the Procurement Manager. Conduct purchases at the supplier’s premises, where applicable, presenting oneself appropriately; and/or collect products specified by the immediate supervisor. Verify that invoices and delivery notes are correctly issued with the company’s data and stated amounts. Inspect received materials and/or products at the supplier’s premises, cross-checking against payment voucher details. Deliver materials, products, and payment vouchers to the Warehouse Manager to initiate the corresponding receiving procedure. Register purchase invoices in the ERP system. Support procurement and warehouse processes by applying a teamwork approach to meet company objectives.
