Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory. **What You'll Do** Apply procurement expertise and knowledge to execute category-specific sourcing strategies and supply management plans developed by Category Managers. Other responsibilities include: * Serve as the first point of contact; seamlessly switch between strategy, operations, and transactional sourcing. * Execute category strategies under the guidance of category strategic leaders. * Manage SOWs/RFIs/purchase documents. Support supplier selection. * Manage day-to-day supply issues. Analyze potential solutions using standard procedures. Communicate relevant information to both internal customers and suppliers to keep them informed and prevent issues. * Support purchase order (PO) conversion: 80% negotiation and 20% transactional. * Manage purchase order (PO) approvals. * Educate on existing solutions and enable the development of technology and performance tools. * Manage purchase order changes and communicate change trends. * Facilitate supplier integration and KPI tracking. * Proactively identify opportunities for new business, process improvements, and cost efficiencies. * Be regarded as a subject matter expert (SME) for categories under your responsibility. * Implement locally, regionally, and globally agreed-upon procurement strategies. * Regularly meet with site customers in Peru and support functions to ensure strong customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. * Be responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures. * Execute in alignment with objectives set by Category Leaders/Managers. * Seek innovative ways to maintain and improve procurement processes, cycle times, total cost of acquisition, and customer service levels. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of 3+ years’ successful experience in procurement/sourcing. * Experience working with a high volume of suppliers is desirable. * Strong project management skills. * Ability to lead cross-functional program teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
