Propose corrective actions and coordinate with various departments. **Publication Date:** August 7, 2026 **Salary:** S/ 2,000\.00 – S/ 2,500\.00 per month (based on experience) Production Supervisor **Job Description:** At **SERCOMVA SAC**, we are seeking a **Production Supervisor** with leadership ability, organizational skills, and operational oversight capability, responsible for supervising adherence to production schedules, coordinating personnel, and ensuring each stage of the process is executed with quality and within established deadlines. Main Responsibilities: * Daily supervision of production progress in both internal and external workshops. * Measurement and control of cycle times for each production process to ensure on-time delivery. * Coordination and supervision of personnel in finishing, embroidery, garment assembly, and machine operator areas. * Ongoing monitoring of external workshops, verifying progress, quality, and compliance with commitments. * Immediate identification of delays, bottlenecks, and proposal of corrective actions. * Verification of compliance with technical specifications and order requirements. * Coordination with Commercial, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure uninterrupted production. * Supervision of appropriate workload distribution among personnel and workshops. * Ensuring compliance with quality standards before transferring orders to the dispatch department. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Production Supervisor in textile manufacturing companies. * Experience supervising external workshops and operational staff. * Knowledge of garment assembly, embroidery, finishing, and quality control processes. * Proficiency in production scheduling and productivity metrics. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
