Position Summary:
We are seeking a Professional Media Audit Intern to audit and reconcile media procurement activities, manage reporting, and coordinate internal and external communications.

Professional Media Audit Intern
Responsibilities
* Conduct audits of media procurement (spend) executed by the planning teams of group companies.
* Review and reconcile procurement-related information in the procurement system.
* Review and reconcile procurement-related information against documents issued by media outlets (invoices, statements of account, etc.).
* Review and reconcile procurement-related information approved by clients.
* Review and reconcile procurement-related information contained in planning team reports.
* Generate procurement (spend) reports for distribution to clients.
* Manage and coordinate with media outlets to ensure timely issuance of invoices for procurement (spend).
* Record invoices issued by media outlets in the Advertmind system.
* Manage and coordinate with clients to ensure timely issuance of their purchase orders and internal documentation required for invoice generation related to procurement (spend).
* Manage and coordinate with OMG’s billing department to ensure timely issuance of invoices for procurement (spend).
Requirements
* Graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in service-oriented companies.
* Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency; advanced Excel skills; experience with administrative/financial systems or ERP.
* Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, proactivity, and empathy.
Working Conditions
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
* Work location: Miraflores, Lima
