Promotes inclusion as it is accessible to people with disabilities. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage continuous improvement projects in human resources to enhance processes and reduce operational burden. * Support HR process improvement strategies. * Support needs assessment to develop new HR action plans. * Support training plans for executed projects to ensure increased productivity and competitiveness of employees. * Develop organizational, procedural, and workflow manuals to support optimal HR operations. * Collaborate in monitoring departmental KPIs. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduates and/or Bachelor's degree holders in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in HR data analysis and HR KPI management. * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
