Position Summary: Indexum is seeking a Professional Logistics Intern to support procurement, inventory, and supply management of goods and services. Key Highlights: 1. Support in procurement and supply management. 2. Creation and loading of supplier and quotation information into the ERP system. 3. Operational and administrative work in a dynamic environment. Indexum is a company specializing in Protection Systems, Control Systems, and SCADA systems, focused on delivering complete systems and partial solutions to our clients in system design and integration. Currently, Indexum is seeking a **Professional Logistics Intern** who meets the following profile: * Education: Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management. * Proficiency with digital tools (Drive, spreadsheets, email). **Responsibilities:** * Support procurement activities to ensure proper supply of goods and services for the company. * Receipt and validation of local purchases (goods). * Product creation in the ERP system. * Support in creating supplier and customer information. * Upload quotations to the ERP system for purchases across different departments and projects. * Sourcing quotations for various departments. * Sourcing land transportation quotations for equipment delivery nationwide. * Dispatch materials according to project/service requirements. * Support in sending and tracking documents for new suppliers. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
