Position Summary: We are seeking a pre-professional Logistics Intern to support procurement management, goods validation, and product creation in the ERP system, with a focus on supply and tracking. Opportunity to develop logistics skills Indexum is a company specializing in Protection Systems, Control Systems, and SCADA systems, focused on delivering complete systems and partial solutions to our clients in system design and integration. Currently, Indexum is looking for a **Pre-professional Logistics Intern** who meets the following profile: * Education: Final-year students pursuing Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency * Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management * Proficiency in digital tools (Google Drive, spreadsheets, email) **Responsibilities:** * Support procurement management to ensure proper supply of goods and services within the company. * Receipt and validation of local purchases (goods) * Product creation in the ERP system * Support in creating supplier and customer information * Upload quotations into the ERP system for purchases across various departments and projects * Sourcing quotations for different departments * Sourcing land transportation quotations for equipment delivery nationwide * Ship materials according to project/service requirements * Support in sending and tracking documentation for new suppliers * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Key Competencies: * Organization and responsibility * Willingness to learn and proactive attitude * Ability to perform operational and administrative tasks * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Strong communication skills Interested candidates should send their documented CV to rrhh@indexum.com, specifying the position applied for in the subject line.
