Job Summary: We are seeking a Professional Planning Intern to support supply management, product tracking, and variance analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the development of the raw materials supply plan. 2. Monitor the status of new product development. 3. Analyze variances between planned and actual performance. If you are responsible, proactive, and passionate about ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, this position is for you! **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate in Engineering; preferably Industrial Engineering or related fields. * **Experience:** With or without prior experience in this role. * **English proficiency:** Basic. * **Skills:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.). * Availability to work Monday through Friday (full-time) and Saturdays until noon. * Preferably residing in areas near the Lurín district. **Responsibilities:** * Support the development of the raw materials supply plan based on estimated demand to ensure production continuity. * Monitor the status of new product development, updates to artwork changes, and raw material-level codifications to ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials. * Analyze variances between planned and actual performance (e.g., purchases vs. deliveries, planned consumption vs. actual consumption, etc.) and their impact. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to plan adherence, stockouts, and inventory turnover. * Generate assigned reports per the department head’s instructions. * Generate raw material requisitions, specifying lead time and quantity. * Actively participate in daily plant meetings with key information regarding raw material supply. * Present the status of raw materials to be used during the weekly production planning meeting. * Monitor expiring inventory and generate alerts for its use. * Maintain material planning parameterization within the ERP system. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary. * FOLA insurance. * Market-competitive remuneration. * 50% food allowance coverage. * Commuting assistance (entire Southern Pan-American Highway).
