




Job Summary: Support in management and coordination to ensure proper merchandise dispatch, including all associated processes, satisfying stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in coordinating shipments and transportation. 2. Support in activities related to warehouse processes. 3. Seek improvements in planning and route optimization. **LOCATION: Huachipa, Lima** **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering \* 3- to 6-month experience in warehouse logistics (preferred) **KNOWLEDGE:** \* Distribution and dispatch processes \* ERP system operation and proficient use of digital tools **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support in corresponding management and coordination activities to ensure proper merchandise dispatch (including all associated processes), satisfying stakeholders. 1\) Support in coordinating shipments/transportation for customer purchase order deliveries. 2\) Support in activities related to warehouse processes. 3\) Maintain the distribution database for our customers. 4\) Identify improvements in planning, coordination, and delivery route optimization. 5\) Schedule delivery appointments (email / portals / forms). 6\) Issue Waybills. 7\) Gather necessary documents for invoicing. 8\) Report daily deliveries to the Finance Department. 9\) Support updating ERP LN, Bizlink, Order Track, and digital archives. **SKILLS:** Service orientation, customer service, teamwork, decision-making, working under pressure, and emotional control Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
