Position Objective:** Plan, manage, and implement projects using established procedures and templates to optimize company asset productivity and strategic objectives of Operations Management. **2\. Position Scope:** * Responsible for CAPEX budget. * Direct report: 1 Project Supervisor. **3\. Key Responsibilities:** * Implement projects that improve performance indicators in production areas and supporting functions. * Manage project information (reports, drawings, dossiers, diagrams, studies, etc.). * Coordinate project execution with involved departments to meet scheduled timelines and achieve stated objectives on time. * Assess future improvements and/or needs of each production area to develop projects that optimize those areas. * Develop procedures and templates enabling comprehensive project management in collaboration with involved departments. * Share process engineering information with production departments. * Coordinate with Procurement to manage acquisition of necessary equipment and materials for project execution. * Comply with and promote Amcor’s Safety Leadership principles. * Promote compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, Internal Safety and Health Regulations, and Amcor Safety Standards. * Promote compliance with the current BRCGS Packaging standard, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HARA. **4\. Key Challenges and Complexities:** Implement a Project Management standard ensuring project success throughout its lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure). Train and integrate multidisciplinary teams for project administration involving Maintenance and Production departments. **5\.
