Management of requirements, quotations, and purchase orders **PURCHASING AND WAREHOUSE SUPPORT** An industrial company specializing in the manufacturing of flexible packaging is looking for a **Purchasing and Warehouse Support** professional to strengthen operational procurement and logistics control. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and channel **purchase requirements** for materials, supplies, and consumables requested by various departments. * Request and analyze **supplier quotations**, providing support during evaluation and selection processes. * Prepare and monitor **purchase orders**, verifying delivery schedule compliance. * Coordinate with **Treasury and Collections** to validate payments and schedule accordingly. * Assist in the **reception and verification of incoming warehouse materials**. * Maintain up-to-date **purchase and inventory records and reports**. * Support **stock control and timely material replenishment**. **Required Profile** * Degree in **Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields**. * Minimum **3 months of experience** in purchasing, logistics, or warehouse operations. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of **procurement management and inventory control**. * Ability to **organize, control, and track administrative processes**. * Skill in **coordinating with suppliers and internal departments**. * Organized, responsible, and deadline-oriented individual. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel and administrative tools**. **Working Conditions** * **Location:** Ate – Horacio Zevallos. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Payroll enrollment from day one**, under the MYPE labor regime. **We Offer** * **Job stability**. * **Competitive compensation** aligned with the candidate’s profile and job responsibilities. * **Positive organizational climate**. * **Opportunity for learning and development** in logistics processes within the industrial sector.
