Our **Aftersales Machinery** team is seeking a **Purchasing Assistant Machinery** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to provide operational and administrative support to the Parts and Warehouse department in procurement management, ensuring compliance with internal processes, proper documentation handling, and efficient coordination with suppliers and internal departments. **What You’ll Do** * Conduct fieldwork to identify the best prices and quality for parts, services, and related items in the local market. * Receive, review, and register purchase requests assigned by your supervisor. * Support warehouse management activities. * Prepare comparative quotation tables and assist in the technical and economic evaluation of proposals. * Prepare and issue purchase orders in SAP or another system assigned by the company. * Handle basic inquiries or requests from internal or external customers. * Ensure processes comply with internal policies and regulations. * Support internal audits of the Aftersales department. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Technical education in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * 1–2 years’ experience in similar roles involving truck parts, machinery, and/or automotive parts. * Proficiency in Excel and SAP – Basic level. * Knowledge of report preparation and document management. * Valid A-1 driver’s license (mandatory). **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to build it with us.
