Negotiate and secure favorable terms in supplier contracts. **PURCHASING MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** Professional degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement roles within the mining or construction industry. (annual procurement volume of $10 million USD) Knowledge of ERP procurement management systems, SAP. Knowledge of negotiation and contracting. Knowledge and management experience of supplier portfolios in Lima, Cusco, Arequipa, and Puno. Purchasing or logistics certifications: C.P.M., CSCP. Willingness to work in Challhuahuacho – Las Bambas / Apurímac Region. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Procurement Management: Lead procurement of materials and services for construction projects, ensuring optimal quality-to-price ratio and on-time delivery. Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with project and corporate objectives. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, securing favorable terms for the company. Supplier Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and service standards. Cost Control: Monitor and control procurement costs, identifying opportunities for savings and optimization.
