Job Summary: INDACE GROUP is seeking a Metal-Mechanical Supervisor/Inspector to plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities, manage teams, and ensure quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and manage operational teams in metal-mechanical production. 2. Supervise key welding and manufacturing processes. 3. Plan and coordinate production activities in the workshop. **INDACE GROUP**, a metal-mechanical company serving the oil \& gas, mining, and construction sectors, requires a Metal-Mechanical Supervisor/Inspector. **REQUIREMENTS:** * SENATI graduate in Mechanical Engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in production management within the metal-mechanical industry * Knowledge of welding and manufacturing processes * Experience leading operational teams * Familiarity with general industrial safety regulations * Planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop production activities * Manage the workforce, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards * Coordinate with logistics and procurement departments regarding material and supply availability * Supervise welding and manufacturing operations * Prepare production reports **IMPORTANT:** * Immediate availability * Willingness to work in the **ATE** district * Full-time working schedule * Male candidates preferred Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.50 per month Application question(s): * What are your salary expectations?
