Join a team striving for excellence in coffee. *Do you want to grow professionally in the world of coffee and be part of a team that guarantees excellence from purchase through to export?* At Caravela Coffee, we are looking for a committed, organized individual with a strong interest in learning, to serve as: **Role:** Laboratory Assistant **Location:** Quillabamba **Contract Type:** Seasonal, 5 months **Required Experience:** Preferred in related roles **Responsibilities** * Expedite the analysis process for received lots and samples, contributing to greater efficiency in result delivery and providing excellent service to producers. * Ensure timely and proper availability of resources required for sensory analysis of coffees. * Support warehouse administration, ensuring efficient storage management and precise inventory control to optimize operations and minimize losses. * Guarantee appropriate, efficient, and responsible use of corporate tools and platforms, maintaining data integrity and enhancing productivity in processes. * Ensure timely shipment of samples to the laboratory, both physically and via system, guaranteeing product traceability and facilitating quality analysis. * Support coordination and execution of parchment coffee dispatches to the huller, contributing to efficient logistics and adherence to established deadlines. * Maintain and track equipment and tool maintenance logs, ensuring optimal functionality, extending service life, and preventing operational failures. **What We Are Looking For** * Individual interested in developing a career in the coffee sector. * Organized with attention to detail. * Strong teamwork and effective communication skills. * Responsible and committed to processes. * Passionate about quality, operations, and continuous learning.
