




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Management Leader to ensure production adheres to quality, food safety, and food security standards while leading continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads quality, food safety, and food security management. 2. Develops and implements procedures for continuous process improvement. 3. Collaborates with external audits and customer complaint management. **Agro-industrial company seeks a Quality Management Leader with the following profile:** * Ensure production complies with applicable legislation regarding quality, food safety, occupational safety, risk management, cost control, regulatory compliance, and environmental protection. * Oversee implementation of the Hygiene and Sanitation Program (HSP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP plans by conducting established controls and validations. * Develop procedures and work instructions to improve quality processes. * Monitor and develop corrective action plans to address non-conformities or findings identified at the plant. * Manage customer complaints (parameters) to determine solutions and prevent recurrence. * Participate in external audits conducted by customers and DIGESA, assuming the leadership role as required. * Handle customer requests related to product shelf-life extension. * Record quality-related documentation into the System – Quality Module (processes, raw materials). * Evaluate raw material quality and qualify suppliers to support selection based on compliance; submit supplier evaluation reports to Procurement and Management. * Submit supplier complaints and corrective action requests for various supplied materials. * Issue product quality certificates. * Review raw material technical specifications prepared by the R\-D department, collaborating with R\-D and Production departments for joint improvements. * Participate in evaluations for new product development, new supplier assessments, and customer submissions. * Generate and report quality performance indicators to Management. * Maintain a positive work environment and contribute to continuous improvement. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the agro-industrial sector. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP. Strong interpersonal and cross-departmental coordination skills; leadership capability. Ability and willingness to work collaboratively in teams; excellent time management. Strong interpersonal skills; proactive attitude. Focus on goal achievement and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
