SENIOR IMPORT ANALYST

Position Summary: We are seeking a Foreign Trade professional with experience in negotiating with international suppliers, information analysis, and import management to achieve cost savings. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic negotiation with international suppliers. 2. Information analysis for decision-making and cost savings. 3. End-to-end management of imports and customs. A Foreign Trade professional or related field, with extensive supplier negotiation experience, capable of performing appropriate information analysis and verification to support decision-making, oriented toward achieving cost-saving targets. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory to conduct negotiations with international suppliers. ERP and Excel proficiency, along with knowledge of customs, imports, raw materials, and costing. **Requirements** Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM. Bachelor's degree or higher in Foreign Trade or related fields. Advanced English language proficiency. ERP and Excel proficiency. Solid experience in supplier negotiation processes and cost management to achieve cost-saving targets. Market analysis. Request and validate proformas, verify changes, and analyze information received from suppliers. Track orders following the request, negotiation, and confirmation process with suppliers. Review supplier payments in detail and substantiate monthly and weekly cash flows. Manage import orders via Trade. Track import orders. Update and maintain the Trade report. Analyze the supplier market using Veritrade to identify new suppliers. Coordinate and follow up with Quality and Product teams to ensure cargo release at origin, reviewing the inspection report. Manage import orders with direct suppliers. Schedule payment for purchase orders from overseas suppliers and execute payment transfers. Perform import costing.
