




Responsibilities: Assess the company's needs in terms of goods and services. Collaborate with different departments to understand and anticipate their procurement requirements. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Analyze quotations, terms, and conditions to determine the best option in terms of cost, quality, and delivery time. Negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable conditions. Ensure contractual terms are clear and comply with company policies. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or breaches. Collaborate in the preparation of budgets related to acquisitions. Track spending and identify ways to optimize costs. Identify and resolve procurement-related issues promptly. Work with other departments to address operational and logistical challenges. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the procurement area. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare reports for management.
