Each day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer during service execution. Additionally, you will demonstrate your expertise by leading and providing agile support coordination to exceed customer expectations and enhance the customer experience. The work model for this role is: **Hybrid**. This position contributes to the **Automation Division** in Lima, Peru. You will be primarily responsible for: * Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus—collaborating with engineers and operations managers to mitigate identified issues. * Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation is completed promptly. * Maintaining and monitoring the database of competencies and certifications. * Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers’ resources are allocated to maximize responsiveness to customer service requests and contract fulfillment. * Coordination with internal, external, and customer suppliers * Tracking mobilization, administrative support, and staff transportation to assigned service execution sites. Qualifications for the Position * You hold a technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * You can demonstrate relevant experience and possess well-established skills, with 3–4 years of experience in similar roles. * You are highly skilled and enjoy working with management processes, service coordination, and the industrial/electrical market. * You possess advanced knowledge of purchase order management, requisition handling, and SAP usage. * You demonstrate passion and innovative capability in management, negotiation, and effective coordination with customers and contractors. * You have an intermediate–advanced level of English enabling fluent communication in professional environments. * Willingness to travel 50% of the time **At ABB, we are committed to addressing global challenges.
