Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Leader for our specialty coffee shop, responsible for supervising staff, ensuring customer experience, and managing daily operations. Key Highlights: 1. Specialty coffee and barista training and knowledge highly valued We are Kaldis Specialty Coffee, a specialty coffee shop, and we are looking for a Store Leader for our San Isidro location. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise the functions of personnel under your supervision. · Ensure customer service and experience. · Prepare sandwiches and plate desserts. · Prepare espresso-based beverages and slow bar drinks. · Draft and supervise completion of monthly reports. · Verify and supervise proper use of store equipment. · Prepare weekly staff schedules. · Draft procurement requests for suppliers and administration. · Request payments for supplier requisitions. · Maintain a simplified petty cash fund and manage petty cash. · Other related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: · Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions within the coffee shop industry. · Training and knowledge in specialty coffee and barista skills. · Organized, proactive, and capable of team management. · High degree of responsibility and commitment. · Availability to work full-time during morning or afternoon shifts. · Valid health certificate.
