Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced store leader from the café industry to supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Training in specialty coffee and barista skills. **Key Responsibilities**: · Supervise the duties of assigned staff. · Ensure high-quality customer service and experience. · Prepare sandwiches and plate desserts. · Prepare espresso-based and slow bar beverages. · Draft and supervise completion of monthly reports. · Verify and supervise proper use of store equipment. · Prepare weekly staff schedules. · Submit purchase requisitions to suppliers and administration. · Request payments for supplier requisitions. · Maintain a balanced petty cash fund and manage petty cash operations. · Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Prior barista experience required. **Requirements**: · Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions within the café industry. · Training and knowledge in specialty coffee and barista skills. · Organized, proactive, and capable of team leadership. · High degree of responsibility and commitment. · Availability to work full-time, either morning or afternoon shifts. · Valid health certificate. **Benefits**: · MYPE payroll registration. · 15 days of vacation. · Semi-annual bonuses. · Health and life insurance. · Career path and professional development opportunities. · Positive work environment.
