Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Systems Engineer with administrative insight to optimize the operational and technological management of Clínica San Sebastián, providing technical support and developing innovative solutions. We seek an organized, proactive Systems Engineer with strong administrative vision to join our team and optimize the operational management of our branch in San Martín de Porres. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and monitor company staff duties. * Ensure order within company departments. * Prepare invoices, waybills, internal requests, and departmental documents. * Track overdue invoices. * Generate staff attendance reports. * Manage information for payroll registration and month-end payroll processing to handle monthly payments (PLAME, AFP). * Coordinate domestic purchases with current suppliers and identify new suppliers. * Coordinate imports of equipment and accessories sold by the company. * Contact international suppliers and conduct technical inquiries. * Supervise tax declarations prepared by the external accountant. * Possess knowledge or understanding of cash flow management. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Configure and improve prompts and digital tools aimed at optimizing internal processes. * Develop web platforms. * Perform modifications and basic maintenance on websites built with WordPress and Elementor. * Administer services related to VPS, domains, subdomains, hosting, and basic technical configurations. * Provide technical and operational support to various company departments. * Develop, maintain, and enhance web platforms and mobile applications. * Identify technological improvement opportunities and propose practical, innovative solutions. * Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents, requests, and improvements. * Support integration of platforms, systems, and technological tools. * Supervise proper functioning of virtual platforms and digital resources. **Location:** Clínica San Sebastián – San Martín de Porres **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) \- Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, please send your updated CV** to: * marketingclinicasansebastian@gmail.comIndicating in the subject line: * **"Application – Systems Engineer"** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
