Discover the challenges awaiting you in the Procurement Analyst position: * Operational system management (Oracle) * Create and maintain suppliers in the system, managing the end-to-end module process. * Generate, modify, and cancel Purchase Orders (POs) according to business requirements. * Create and update material and/or service codes, ensuring correct classification and traceability. * Validate entered information to prevent rework and audit findings. * Monitor Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) within the supplier database, ensuring validity and timely updates. * International Trade Support: Assist in import processes. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure accurate registration and tracking of operations. * Meet established response time targets (internal SLAs). * Propose operational process improvements to optimize time and reduce errors.
