Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, organizing, packing, and dispatching goods, as well as inventory management and warehouse maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we are looking for a **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT!** **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive goods from suppliers and verify quantities against the delivery note/purchase order, then communicate confirmation to the Warehouse Supervisor, per established organizational procedures. * Notify Quality Control personnel upon arrival of raw materials, supplies, and equipment for respective verification. * Deliver equipment to the production area according to the Work Order (WO). * Select and place products on their designated shelves following the established order. * Pack finished products, ensuring they carry their corresponding labels. * Dispatch finished products, taking care not to damage them. * Conduct cyclic inventory counts in coordination with the Warehouse Manager. * Maintain order and cleanliness inside and outside the warehouse (pallets, skids, finished panels, etc.). * Preserve all materials in accordance with the "Product Preservation Instructions". * Receive supplier goods; in case of discrepancies, notify the National Procurement Manager \- Warehouse Manager. * Conduct inventory of goods stored in external warehouses. * Perform dispatches of spare parts, consumables, and tools. * Collect surplus materials from construction sites. * Perform packing and dispatch of equipment stored in external warehouses. * Conduct inventory at the warehouse and construction sites. * Store goods in their designated locations. * Manually prepare outgoing delivery notes after entering the transaction into SAP, as applicable. * Transport spare parts or tools to construction sites when required. * Dispatch elevators to construction sites. * Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor. * Comply with documentation requirements set forth by the Quality Management System. * Comply with documentation requirements set forth by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of warehouse operations. * One (1) year of experience in the industrial/services sector. * Availability to work in Villa el Salvador. * At Grupo Trianon, we are committed to equal opportunity and rights.
