Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to track orders, verify products, and oversee procurement, supply, and distribution operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for order tracking and dispatches. 2. Quality control and product labeling. 3. Management of transportation and distribution operations. **We are looking for a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT!** **Location:** Av. Arequipa 340, Lima Centro **Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays: Twice per month**, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Technical or university degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 months’ experience in the same or similar position. (Preferred) \- Inventory management knowledge. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate-level Excel. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Track orders and dispatches. * Verify that products are adequately stocked and rotated accordingly. * Manage procurement, supply, and pickup operations—both by suppliers and for the warehouse. * Monitor quantity, quality, and labeling of products from the production area. * Ensure all products are properly organized prior to shipment to various stores, based on a requirements list. * Oversee transportation and distribution operations; confirm all products reach their designated destinations and resolve any issues arising en route. * Conduct inventory audits for incoming and outgoing warehouse items to prevent shortages or overages, reporting any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment under the General Regime \- Salary: S/. 1130 soles \- Positive work environment If you are responsible, organized, and have warehouse experience, we want to meet you! **Send your CV to 905556900 with the subject line: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
