Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to perform tasks including storage, picking, packing, loading, goods verification, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform storage, picking, packing, and loading of goods 2. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, and conduct inventories 3. Support in goods dispatch and report incidents We are looking for you! On behalf of our client, we are searching for top talent for the position of: **Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities:** * Perform storage, picking, packing, and loading of goods. * Conduct stock counting and verification. * Verify the purchase order linked to the delivery note and/or invoice for incoming orders (quantity and price). * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, as well as proper condition of stored goods. * Conduct physical inventory counts of stock. * Support goods dispatch operations. * Report incidents occurring during receiving, storage, picking, and packing. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Incomplete technical education (preferred). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in logistics support roles (preferred). * Knowledge of warehouse best practices (organization, safety, and product rotation). * Ability to understand delivery notes, labels, and basic inventory records. * Capacity to handle products and comply with safety regulations (use of PPE). **Benefits and Conditions:** * Market-competitive salary * Full payroll under General Regime * Mobility Bonus * Bonuses (July and December) * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) * Paid vacations * EsSalud health insurance * Family allowance (if applicable) * Profit-sharing (based on company performance) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturdays: **8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Would you agree to a salary of S/. 1,130 \+ mobility allowance S/. 100 \+ full payroll \+ profit-sharing?
