Job Summary: Responsible for the control, custody, and management of stock, materials, and equipment in warehouses, ensuring traceability and accurate recordkeeping, and supervising dispatch operations. Comprehensive supervision of dispatch operations and logistics coordination. **WAREHOUSE DISPATCHER** **Company:** Grupo Inoxchef Perú SAC **Work Location:** South Lima – Chorrillos (Warehouse) / Villa El Salvador (Manufacturing) **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure control, custody, and proper management of warehouse stock, materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts; guarantee inventory traceability, accurate Kardex and system registration, and comprehensive dispatch supervision—complying with internal, logistical, and safety procedures. **LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:** Stock control, inventory, Kardex, logistics cost, production order handling, and customer dispatch. **MAIN FUNCTIONS:** * Responsible for physical and digital stock of all product lines. * Conduct and manage updated weekly physical inventories. * Record, update, and reconcile Kardex with systems. * Warehouse management: Materials, Tools, Supplies, and Spare Parts. * Update ERP system / warehouse and procurement module. * Supervise and control order dispatch and shipments. * Coordinate with transportation providers and courier/shipping agencies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed basic education, technical or university studies. * Age: Between 25 and 35 years old. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial warehouses, manufacturing/production, or metal-mechanical workshops. · Solid knowledge of physical inventory control, Kardex, and stock management. * Proficiency in internal logistics formats and recordkeeping. * Experience coordinating with transporters and third-party service providers. * Good physical condition and strong sense of responsibility. * Preferably reside in Chorrillos, VES, SJM, VMT, Surco, Barranco, or Lurín. **WORK SCHEDULE:** · Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. · Lunch break: 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. · Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **WE OFFER:** * Salary between S/ 1,500 and S/ 1,800, depending on experience and level of responsibility. * Formal employment with statutory benefits (small enterprise). * Opportunities for professional growth and stability. **APPLICATION:** **Send CV to:** administracion@grupoinoxchefperu.com **Subject:** *Warehouse Dispatcher* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
