At **RTI**, we are looking for a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented **Warehouse Operator**, who will support our operations efficiently and safely. **Main Responsibilities** * Transport supplies between warehouse and production areas. * Collect, transport, load, and unload materials and supplies. * Receive and deliver vehicles, including completing forms and related documentation. * Coordinate deliveries with customers and suppliers. * Review shipping guides, delivery slips, and purchase/receipt documents. * Assist with inventory counts, warehouse organization, and cleanliness. * Manage materials and tools (inbound and outbound). * Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement Coordinator. * Supervise personnel entry and exit from the plant. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure punctuality for internal and external deliveries. * Ensure proper handling of materials and supplies. * Always comply with the company’s safety regulations. * Adhere to and enforce company policies regarding delivery and receipt procedures. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualifications** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Graduates in Administration, Logistics, or related fields (technical or professional degree). **Work Experience** * Minimum 6 months in similar roles (preferred). * Knowledge of Kardex and inventory control. **What We Value in You** * Commitment and responsibility. * Strong communication skills with customers and suppliers. * Teamwork ability and consistent operational support. * Positive attitude and results orientation. **What We Offer** * Employment with a solid company in the metal-mechanical sector. * Opportunity to grow with us. * Positive work environment where effort and commitment are valued. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM If you meet the requirements and wish to join an expanding team, apply now and let your talent drive progress with us.
