Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for tasks including warehousing, picking, packing, loading, verification, and inventory management of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform warehousing and goods dispatch tasks. 2. Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and the good condition of goods. 3. Knowledge of good warehousing practices and safety. We are looking for you! On behalf of our client, we are searching for top talent for the position of: **Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities:** * Perform warehousing, picking, packing, and loading of goods. * Conduct counting and verification of goods. * Review the purchase order linked to the delivery note and/or invoice of the incoming order (quantity and price). * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, as well as the proper preservation condition of goods. * Conduct inventory counts of stock. * Support goods dispatch activities. * Report incidents occurring during receiving, warehousing, picking, and packing. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Incomplete technical education (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics support roles (preferred). * Knowledge of good warehousing practices (order, safety, and product rotation). * Ability to understand delivery notes, labels, and simple inventory records. * Ability to handle products and follow safety regulations (use of PPE). * Availability to work in **Lurín – Panamericana Sur km 25.5**. * Preferred residence in nearby areas: San Juan de Miraflores, Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, Lurín, or other southern districts. **Benefits and Conditions:** * Market-competitive salary * General payroll regime * Mobility bonus * Bonuses (July and December) * CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * Paid vacation * EsSalud health insurance * Family allowance (if applicable) * Profit-sharing (based on company performance) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturdays: **8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Would you agree with a salary of S/. 1,130 \+ mobility allowance S/. 100 \+ full payroll \+ profit-sharing?
