Specialist in inventory control, process optimization, and supervision of work teams, ensuring operational efficiency, record accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.* **Job Purpose:** *Ensure the warehouse operates correctly by supervising goods receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, guaranteeing efficient, organized processes aligned with company policies.* **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise goods receipt, storage, and dispatch processes. Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement departments on scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments. Validate documentation (delivery notes, purchase orders, dispatch notes). * Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records. * Prepare stock, turnover, and replenishment level reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards. * Assign tasks and supervise the performance of subordinate staff. * Report incidents to the Operations department. * Propose improvements to warehouse processes and layout. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics Management. * Preferred specialization in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Inventory and modern warehouse management. * ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or others). * Advanced Excel (reporting, analysis, reconciliations). * Knowledge of handling sensitive products (glassware, premium materials \- high-end). * Intermediate technical English (reading manuals and international documentation). **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and team supervision. * Organization and planning. * Results orientation. * Attention to detail. * Continuous improvement.
