Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are properly completed and filed. Submit invoices using computer tools. Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory quantities and needs. Complete purchase forms for inventory and supply purposes. Notify a supervisor/manager when stock is running low. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory manifests and reports. Match delivery invoices with receiving manifests to ensure quantities are correct. Receive, unload, and process deliveries. Reject damaged, non-compliant, or incorrect items. Resolve supplier delivery issues and oversee return procedures. Follow health regulations and food handling procedures in all food-related areas. Monitor and maintain adequate levels of food inventory. Report accidents, injuries, and any working conditions considered hazardous to the supervisor; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Follow and apply all chain safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident risks, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure one's uniform and appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
