Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to receive, inspect, and manage textile materials, ensuring quality control and inventory accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in textile warehouses or fashion retail 2. Familiarity with materials, fabrics, and threads 3. Basic quality control ability and inventory management Industry Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in textile warehouses, garment manufacturing facilities, or fashion retail stores. Material Knowledge: Familiarity with identifying notions (zippers, buttons, labels), fabric types, threads, or finished garments. Basic Quality Control: Ability to inspect visible defects in garments or fabric rolls upon receipt (loose seams, stains, sizing errors). Digital Tool Proficiency: Basic to intermediate Excel skills for recording receipts, shipments, and manual Kardex or ERP system inventory tracking. Physical Requirements: High physical endurance for stacking, unstacking, and moving heavy fabric rolls or garment cartons. Main Responsibilities You Must Fulfill Receiving and Inspection: Verify the quantity and quality of incoming textile supplies or finished garments from suppliers or cutting workshops. Internal Replenishment: Classify and dispatch materials promptly to cutting, sewing, or finishing departments. Picking and Packing: Prepare and pack orders. Inventory Management: Conduct periodic physical counts to ensure physical stock matches computerized system records.
