Job Summary: Q. INVERSIONES S.A.C. seeks an Architect Visualizer to design and develop high-quality interior and exterior renders for multifamily buildings, contributing to creative designs and material selection. INVERSIONES S.A.C.**, a real estate and construction company specializing in the design and construction of its own multifamily buildings, committed to the quality of our work and the development of creative designs; and as part of our growth, we are seeking an **ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZER** to join our team. It is essential and important that candidates have **EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR RENDERS FOR MULTIFAMILY BUILDINGS**. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for designing and developing interior and exterior images. Modeling, texturing, and camera framing. Contributing to material selection across various projects. **Requirements:** Must be an architect or hold a bachelor's degree in architecture. Knowledge of BIM. Minimum one year of experience designing multifamily building façades, with A1-quality renders. High level of creativity, strong imagination, and ability to think and create in three dimensions. Advanced proficiency in **D5 Render, Enscape, and Lumion**, with a focus on **realism**. Proficient handling of **materials, textures, lighting, and composition**. Good judgment regarding **camera angles and visual presentation of spaces**. Experience in architectural, electrical, and sanitary floor plan drafting? Knowledge and application of **Artificial Intelligence tools** for render optimization and visualization. Usage and management of other related software: Photoshop, Revit, and AutoCAD — layout of sales sheets for apartments. Capability in exterior modeling and texturing (advanced-level material control). Extensive knowledge of materials. Experience in AI-powered image post-production. Teamwork skills. Proactive, responsible, and creative. We Offer: Integration into a professional team.
