Positive work environment At **INKA FISH**, a restaurant specializing in seafood and Creole cuisine, we are looking for an experienced **Grill Cook** who wishes to join a dynamic and continuously growing team. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge and experience in grilling food. * Valid health certificate. * Availability to work on-site in **San Miguel**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare recipes according to established quality standards. * Apply grilling cooking techniques. * Properly procure and organize supplies for the assigned area. * Ensure the workstation functions properly during service. * Monitor cooking times and doneness levels of preparations. * Keep the assigned work area clean and organized. * Comply with food hygiene, handling, and safety procedures. * Promptly report any incidents to the kitchen manager. * Support other activities related to the position. **Working Conditions:** * Fixed schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * Microenterprise labor regime. **Benefits:** * Timely biweekly payments. * **Career path and growth opportunities within the company.** * Positive work environment.
