Teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability to change. **Join Our Team!** ============================ We are currently recruiting a **Control Center Operator** to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as a single company across all locations, with shared responsibilities and a clear focus on accountability. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and verify, via the telecontrol system (SCADA), the operation of electrical equipment of SS.EE. and transmission lines operated and maintained by the company, performing reading and measurement operations and recording them through daily reports. * Review the PDI (Daily Intervention Program) published by COES for the electrical equipment of SS.EE. and transmission lines operated and maintained by the company. * Comply with occupational safety and health regulations related to electrical hazards. * Identify and report events (emergencies) occurring in the electrical system of SS.EE. and/or transmission lines operated and maintained by the company. * Coordinate in real time with COES and other agents of the SEIN. * Assess and restore electrical circuits operated by the company that have been disconnected following a disturbance. * Prepare and issue a preliminary report on an event and/or failure in the electrical system operated by the company. * Prepare and submit daily Operations Reports. * Review and issue Technical Reports (IT). * MA and GEI Responsibility – Executor Level: Ensure compliance with the organization’s environmental policy and procedures. * OHS Responsibility – General Level: Know and comply with the organization’s OHS policy and standards. * Other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager **Experience and Qualifications** * Measurement of electrical variables in the SCADA system * Analysis of electrical variables in Power Electrical Systems * Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations * Continuous process improvement * Proficiency in MS\-Office * Ability to learn * Responsibility * Communication * Teamwork * Flexibility and adaptability to change * Initiative * Decision-making * Creativity and innovation * Operation of power transmission control equipment to maintain the electrical system in operation * Driver's license, minimum class A1 (desirable) **Corporate Culture** ----------------------- We promote an organizational culture grounded in mutual trust, objective alignment, and shared responsibility.
