If you are passionate about leading field teams and ensuring quality service, we want you on our team. **Key Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Communication, and/or Education. * Experience: Minimum experience since bachelor's degree issuance; prior supervision or coordination in solid waste management (not mandatory). * Training: Diploma or courses in solid waste management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise field crews: attendance, roles, and operational discipline. * Ensure routes, quality standards, and proper use of PPE. * Compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) and reporting of incidents or near-misses. * Monitoring of operational KPIs (coverage, productivity, response times). * Coordination with clients, authorities, and continuous service improvement. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and field team management. * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * Organization, planning, and results orientation. * Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure. Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
