Responsibility, leadership, and order to work under pressure **IMALOG SAC is seeking a Fixed Assets Inventory Supervisor** We are currently looking for a professional to participate in a **2-day physical fixed assets inventory project**. What are we looking for? * Prior experience supervising physical inventories or inventory teams. * Experience in **fixed assets and/or heritage assets** inventory. * Ability to organize, assign, and supervise personnel during fieldwork. * Verify accurate counting, identification, registration, and labeling of assets. * Identify and report discrepancies, incidents, and unlocated assets. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Responsibility, leadership, order, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work on-site for the **2-day project duration**. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the inventory team. * Assign zones and fieldwork activities. * Monitor the quality and progress of the physical inventory. * Resolve incidents occurring during the inventory and report them promptly. * Ensure adherence to methodology and scheduled timelines. * Conduct closure and consolidation of field-collected data.
