Job Summary: Responsible for creating and adapting graphic files optimized for sublimation, ensuring color fidelity, proper scaling, and material efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and adaptation of designs in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW. 2. Color management and adjustment to ensure color fidelity. 3. Optimization of artwork layout to maximize material usage. Create, adapt, and prepare graphic files optimized for the sublimation transfer process, ensuring color fidelity, print scale accuracy, and efficient use of consumables (paper and fabric/substrate). Design and file preparation: Create and adapt designs in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW, aligning them with templates, size-specific patterns, and products. Color management and adjustment: Configure color profiles (CMYK/ICC) and conduct print/heat-press tests to ensure chromatic fidelity on fabric or substrate. Sheet nesting: Optimize artwork placement on sublimation paper to maximize material usage and minimize waste. Variable data processing: Mass-personalize names, numbers, and sizes for sportswear or corporate lines. Print output and quality control: Operate RIP software, monitor printed paper output, and verify absence of visible defects (banding, stains, or misalignments). Mockup creation: Produce digital mockups for client approval prior to production.
