**Job Description** We are looking for an engineer with at least 5 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance within the industrial, mining, or hydrocarbon sectors. The candidate will be responsible for leading the HVAC maintenance service to ensure the technical and economic efficiency of operations, compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Main Responsibilities** Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC equipment. Analyze service economic results and make decisions to improve profitability. Evaluate and prepare budgets for corrective or additional work with a technical-commercial approach. Coordinate with the client technical and administrative aspects of the service. Prepare technical and management reports, ensuring traceability of activities. Promote continuous improvement and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (licensed and registered). Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance in refineries, industrial plants, or related sectors. Experience managing work teams of more than 15 people. Solid knowledge of air conditioning regulations (national and international). Experience with pressurization systems and HVAC logic control systems. Analytical skills, leadership, results orientation, and economic vision of the service. Ability to interact with clients and internal teams with a service and commercial management focus.
