Position Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the organization and BPM standards, performing ingredient preparation, cleaning, and assistance in services and events. Strong service orientation and attentiveness, maintaining hygiene and order. **Job Description:** We are looking for top talent for the position of KITCHEN ASSISTANT for one of our partners in the district of SAN BARTOLO, to support organization and BPM standards within the kitchen. **Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in trainings, meetings, and institutional activities convened by the company. * Comply with quality standards and procedures of the Quality Management System implemented by the hotel. * Perform daily mise en place prior to service (e.g., cutting vegetables, meats, fruits, etc.). * Assist in preparing breakfasts, lunches, dinners, or menu items. * Wash, peel, chop, supply, and organize ingredients as instructed by the chef. * Assist in preparing juices, sauces, salads, and side dishes. * Prepare basic foods according to recipes and under supervision. * Restock ingredients on the production line during service. * Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen during and after each shift. * Wash utensils, tableware, cutting boards, small equipment, and work surfaces. * Assist in deep cleaning of machinery and equipment within the kitchen. * Verify that the area complies with BPM and hygiene regulations. * Receive and store ingredients in designated locations. * Label products using the FIFO method (first in, first out). * Report missing, expired, or damaged products. * Control basic portion sizes to prevent waste. * Deliver food to internal areas (dining room, hotel restaurant) when required. * Assist in plating simple dishes or supporting the chef. * Collaborate in events, buffet breakfasts, or special occasions. * Assist in setting up and dismantling food stations. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Completed secondary education * Effective and empathetic communication * Strong service orientation and customer attention * Verbal fluency **Benefits:** * Positive work environment * Meals provided * Timely salary payments Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
