Requirements: * Be at least 24 years old. * Reside in Chancay. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Be quick, organized, and responsible. * Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills. * Commitment to long-term employment. * Passion for gastronomy and teamwork. * Availability from 3 PM to 12 PM. Responsibilities: * Prepare and produce menu items following Bravissimo’s recipes and quality standards. * Prepare fried foods, grilled items, sandwiches, hamburgers, appetizers, desserts, and other menu items. * Perform mise en place, ensuring all ingredients are ready before service begins. * Control proper handling, storage, and preservation of food, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain continuous order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and work areas. * Verify quality, freshness, and expiration dates of ingredients used. * Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing goods. * Monitor proper portion usage to minimize waste. * Meet preparation and delivery timelines during customer service. * Collaborate with the service team when operations require it, maintaining constant communication. * Report any incidents related to equipment, supplies, or product quality to the supervisor. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols.
