Job Purpose:** Implement Opera Maintenance Program projects: MIP and Q points. Achieve reduction or elimination of maintenance defects to extend asset life through application of continuous improvement methodologies. **2\. Job Scope:** * Works directly with Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Planners, and Maintenance Technicians. **3\. Key Responsibilities:** * Implement the Maintenance Management Improvement Program in defined processes and areas * Support implementation of the Q Points Program and Energy Optimization * Manage Root Cause Analysis and Kaizen events for program implementation. * Lead scheduling and track plan activities. * Identify opportunities and barriers to proper plan implementation. * Conduct Maintenance Audits to assess program effectiveness. * Ensure completion and follow\-up of Root Cause Analyses * Comply with and promote Amcor’s Safety Leadership Principles. * Promote compliance with Internal Work Regulations, Internal Safety Regulations, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, and Amcor Safety Standards. * Promote compliance with current BRCGS Packaging standard, GMP, and HARA. **4\. Key Challenges and Complexities:** * Addressing implementation of Kaizen programs focused on machinery restoration, anticipating various equipment failures with appropriate resource prioritization based on criticality and consideration of safe operating procedures for personnel. * Sound judgment in analyzing high\-impact production failures, requesting spare parts, and managing large\-scale projects within one’s area of responsibility. * Developing maintenance plans and allocating necessary resources (activities, frequencies, standard times, spare parts, procedures, instructions, etc.) **5\.
