Pleasant work environment and professional development in healthcare. **Job Description** We are a healthcare company currently seeking personnel to fill the position of **Nursing Technician**, to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be committed, able to work effectively in a team, and willing to deliver quality service to our patients. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assess the patient's current condition and confirm absence of any symptoms. * Assist and collaborate with the surgeon and surgical team during procedures. * Supervise the full operational functionality of the Operating Room. * Monitor patients in the preoperative area, observing vital signs and possible complications. * Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols in the operating room. * Assist the attending physician during consultations, providing timely patient care and treatment support. * Collaborate with triage staff in patient evaluation (e.g., dilation orders). * Coordinate with the pharmacy and sterilization departments for equipment, material, and surgical supply sterilization. * Coordinate with the nursing team on patient care protocols. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: \- Certified Nursing Technician or currently completing certification. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in ophthalmic surgery rooms (preferred). \- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and medical staff. \- Availability to work in Lince.
