Proactivity, vocation, and commitment to teamwork EMPLOYMENT CALL: MACHINE OPERATOR Job Mission Efficiently operate and control assigned machinery on the production line under the most stringent quality standards, contributing to the development and processing of agro-industrial products at our plant. Required Profile * **Competencies:** Proactive individual with vocation, commitment, and clear orientation toward teamwork. * **Experience:** Prior experience in fruit processing plants is desirable (preferably in packing and processing of **mandarins and avocados**). * **Availability:** Must be available for on-site work at our plant located in **Huaral**. Main Responsibilities * **Operation and Control:** Operate and regulate assigned machinery on the plant's production line, ensuring its proper functioning. * **Parameter Monitoring:** Monitor control panels and technical parameters (speed, temperature, pressure) according to established production standards. * **Autonomous Maintenance:** Perform cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive adjustments of the assigned machine before and after each shift. * **Quality Control:** Identify faults, deviations, or losses in the process and immediately report them to the area supervisor to prevent production stoppages. * **Safety and Cleanliness:** Strictly comply with occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations, maintaining the production area clean and orderly.
