Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn Production Operator to perform assigned tasks and meet production program requirements at a food manufacturing plant. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and participation in training sessions. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary education * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Plant Operator / Food Production Operator * Proactive and highly motivated to learn * Availability to work rotating shifts * Immediate availability * Residency in areas adjacent to Chorrillos **Responsibilities:** * Carry out tasks assigned by production supervisors * Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal work tools, as well as equipment or machinery used in daily duties * Meet production program requirements * Perform duties in compliance with quality standards * Attend training and informational meetings * Support other departments upon request * Rotating shifts * Ability to handle heavy workloads **Benefits:** * Bi-weekly payments * Full payroll registration – General Regime * Contract type: Indefinite-term contract * Salary: 1,350 soles * Monthly transportation allowance: 150 soles * 100% covered meals Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.1,350.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
