PROJECT MANAGER – NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE **Company:** Peru InsideOut At Peru InsideOut, we are looking to hire top talent for the **Project Manager** position, responsible for leading, planning, and executing strategic projects at national and international levels, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing suppliers and strategic partners, overseeing project execution, and ensuring proper implementation of initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth and market positioning. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a **Project Manager**, or leading medium- to large-scale projects. * Proven experience in national and international projects. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, or similar). * Experience in strategic planning, resource management, and budgetary control. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate external suppliers. * Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). * Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday, or similar). * Strong organizational, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by projects. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the planning, execution, and closure of the company’s strategic projects. * Develop and manage schedules, budgets, KPIs, and work plans. * Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and national and international strategic partners. * Monitor achievement of objectives, deliverables, and quality standards. * Manage risks, identify improvement opportunities, and propose timely solutions. * Conduct continuous progress tracking and ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Prepare executive reports for management and senior leadership. * Manage procurement and negotiation processes with suppliers and contractors. * Ensure efficient use of human, financial, and operational resources. * Promote continuous improvement and process optimization across the organization.
