Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling inputs and temperature, implementing corrective actions, supervising equipment, and conducting quality sampling to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control the quality of raw materials, including avocados and tangerines. 2. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 3. Carry out corrective actions and report process incidents. What will be your main challenge? * **Input and Temperature Control:** Verify that chemical input concentrations in tanks, footbaths, handwash stations, and washing pits remain within specified parameters; likewise, monitor product temperature throughout the entire process. * **Corrective Actions:** Take immediate measures upon detecting deviations and report to the Supervisor and/or Quality Assurance Manager. * **Equipment Supervision:** Verify calibration and proper operation of area measurement equipment and instruments. * **Sampling:** Conduct quality sampling of dry matter raw materials, Brix degrees, and acidity percentage (reporting any incidents). * **Fruit Evaluation:** Evaluate the quality of raw materials — **avocados and tangerines**. * **Ongoing Reporting:** Report unusual events occurring during the process to your immediate supervisor.
