




Job Summary: This role focuses on raw material and temperature control, corrective actions, equipment supervision, sampling, and evaluation of raw material quality, ensuring compliance with GMP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Raw material and product quality control. 2. Immediate implementation of corrective actions. 3. Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). What will be your main challenge? * **Raw material and temperature control:** Verify that the concentration of chemical inputs in tanks, footbaths, handwashing stations, and washing pits remains within specified parameters; likewise, monitor product temperature throughout the entire process. * **Corrective actions:** Take immediate measures upon deviations and report to the Supervisor and/or Head of Quality Assurance. * **Equipment supervision:** Verify calibration and proper operation of measurement equipment and instruments in the area. * **Sampling:** Conduct quality sampling of dry raw materials, Brix degrees, and acidity percentage (reporting any incidents). * **Fruit evaluation:** Evaluate the quality of raw materials — **avocados and mandarins**. * **Ongoing reporting:** Report unusual events occurring during the process to the immediate supervisor. Ensure compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** by verifying personnel hygiene and cleanliness in the plant. Verify operational status of plant scales and scales used during raw material receipt. Ensure that knives used in the plant are properly sharpened (coordinating with maintenance if necessary), clean, and handled appropriately by personnel. Workplace: On-site employment
