Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure compliance with parameters and guarantee product quality and food safety in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of production lines and production parameters 2. Verification of personnel hygiene and area cleanliness 3. Knowledge of quality and food safety management systems (BPM, HACCP) We are a food industry company currently seeking a **Quality Assistant** to verify proper compliance with established parameters in production processes, ensuring the quality and food safety of our products. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise production lines according to parameters established by production (weights, measurements, shapes, temperatures, coatings, packaging, boxing, etc.). * Verify personnel hygiene before and during the production process per protocol. * Verify proper execution of cleaning in production areas and warehouses. * Complete line control form records. JOB PROFILE Applicants must meet the following requirements: * Graduates or bachelor's degree holders in Food Industry, Chemistry, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of quality and food safety management systems (BPM, HACCP). * Knowledge of laboratory analysis and testing. * Proficiency in Windows at the user level. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills at Level II (low-to-moderate).
