Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Garment Technician with experience in quality control to ensure proper execution of specifications and production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality in all textile production processes 2. Conduct in-line and final quality audits 3. Control prototype quality and ensure specifications Requirements: · Technical studies in Textile Garment Making, Textile Production, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience in garment quality control and finishing inspection. · Knowledge of fabrics · Proficiency in Excel Responsibilities: · Control the quality of production prototypes, ensuring correct execution of specifications outlined in Technical Sheets. Verification must be performed on-site; if requirements are not met, corrective actions must be requested from the service provider. · Approve prototypes and document observations in writing for correction or improvement in production. · Control and ensure quality across all production processes: Cutting–Sewing–Finishing–Printing–Embroidery. · Ensure the cutting process: control of measurements, symmetry, and component matching. · Ensure the sewing process: verify compliance with sewing specifications required by the Technical Sheet–Prototype provided by Lumicenter, including construction, measurements, use of trimmings, and quality specifications. · Conduct in-line garment sewing audits and final quality audits per batch, according to the applicable AQL table.
